Cover all beds, spackle walls as needed, install ½ round at 2 feet from ceiling, paint suspended ceiling tile and grid, paint walls two colors and ½ round a third. This was for there overhaul to a new look nationally

Pathmark

Remove letters, spackle and paint walls in new colors. This project done at night. Some stores had suspended ceiling tiles and grid painted. All product was covered and areas completely encapsulated with plastic. The ones with ceilings were especially challenging

All wall were power washed with special tip to remove un sound paint Metal coping was painted federal blue and all concrete walls primed and painted with elastomeric coatings. Doors, bollard and railings also painted

We painted the library soffits and walls, carter hall seal exterior brick with ken-seal and painted previously painted block, metal frames, doors and railings. We also painted dorm renovation at Albert Einstein institute for higher learning, washed scraped and paint exterior of Faculty home

Painted condos that students, faculty etc lived in. Washed, sanded caulked and painted two coats.

These were all new construction I coat block filler two coats thoro sheen usually three colors and sometimes four these colors were done in form of striping with existing colors you see now. Inside we primed and painted all walls with striping and pounce pattern
